Details
feat: add visual filter builder with SQL fallback for table data 
Replace raw WHERE input with a dual-mode filter:
- Visual mode: column/operator/value dropdowns with AND/OR support
- SQL mode: raw WHERE clause input (auto-strips "where" prefix)
